Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders ship for free within the United States.

For international orders and all other locations, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Watches and shirt orders will be sent out within two business days of you placing your order. Hoodie orders will be sent out within five business days. Once your product has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Pre-order items will be sent on or around the date listed on the project page. ONE OF ONE reserves the right to change the release date for pre-order items.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email and tracking information. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us at hello@godmadeoneofone.com and we will gladly assist you.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange or return. Please contact us via email at hello@godmadeoneofone.com prior to your return. Additionally, the shipping costs for the original purchase and for the return will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to not accept a return. We may also require a restocking fee if the item(s) being returned have been damage or worn.

While our policy is firm, we are willing to work with you to ensure that your experience with one of one is nothing short of phenomenal.
